How regularly will you provide market information and updates?
We provide our clients with market information and pricing as and when relevant, depending on what is happening in the local and international markets. Our information is provided by email, phone call and text message to ensure you have the most up to date information as possible. Market update newsletters are sent out monthly, but can be as frequent as weekly in the more dynamic markets. We are always just a phone call away.
Can we still have a relationship with the fertilizer company we buy from?
Absolutely, we provide you with as much relevant information so you can make an informed decision regards to your fertilizer purchase. If you want us to manage your purchasing on your behalf, then we are more than happy to do so by liaising with the relevant fertilizer supplier, however, if you wish to maintain a relationship with your supplier of choice than you are free to do so also. How you manage your purchasing is still very much up to you.
Do you send us the bill for the fertilizer once we have picked it up?
No, once you have decided which supplier you wish to buy from for the product you wish to buy at any given time, we can either facilitate an order being placed with that supplier or you can do so yourself. The legal agreement or contract is still very much between you and your fertilizer supplier of choice as you would have been used to previous to joining Agri Access WA. You still organise collection of the product, receive an invoice from the supplier and pay the invoice to the relevant company depending on terms and conditions agreed upon with that company.
Do you do oversees supply chain audits?
Yes, Agri-Access Australia (AAA) organises Preliminary Audits, and Annual Independent Audits to maintain DAFF Level 1 accreditation.
Please refer AAA webpage for current sponsored companies.
